and I have a problem..............
I can’t say no to anything!!!!!!!
I just keep going...

and going and going and going. . .

But seriously.
I have learned to rely heavily on power naps. Oh the glory of that brief refreshing sleep. Without its existence, I would be destined to fail… in all areas of life.

Last night I resolved to, for the first time, go to bed before midnight. It was seriously going to happen. I made all the necessary preparations (i.e. fluffing the pillow, drinking the chocolate milk, snuggling into the Power Ranger footy pajamas..) and just as I was about to slip into a sweet and well craved slumber, my cell phone rang. It was my friend Hillary. Someone had strategically placed a substantial amount of popcorn outside her apartment and I was invited to partake in the fun. And so I knew that, once again, I must deprive sleep of the opportunity to claim me and venture out to be amongst the people that I love.

I keep accumulating more and more responsibilities without cutting back on the gross amount of time I spend socializing.

There is an imbalance....
but no matter what -
I am resolved to keep God on top of all of it.
Because even though this all seems so huge and important to me right now...
I know that my relationship with God is bigger and more permanent than quizzes, rollerblading, lectures, cool sunsets, ping pong, free scantrons, and popcorn piles...
